Designed for a residence in Pretoria, this pool features a natural filtration system of plants, rocks, and UV light to sterilise water without the presence of chlorine or other chemicals. In addition, a rainwater capture and filtration system regularly tops up the pool with clean water, while the overflow from intense Highveld thunderstorms is safely channelled into the garden.
Situated under a spreading white stinkwood tree, the accompanying pergola is an industrial shelter for cooking, events, or a quiet drink watching the bushbabies climb the branches.
